Oakland Community Health Network issues resolution to promote public funding for mental health services
Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) coordinates with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and is responsible, locally, for the funding, oversight, and management of all public mental health programs delivered to the more than 23,000 Oakland County residents living with intellectual or developmental disability, mental health challenges, or substance abuse disorder. The following resolution was recently adopted by the Board of Directors for OCHN to promote publicly funded public mental health services and to call upon citizens and policymakers to support such effort.

Dog & Cat Licenses
Dog owners residing in Southfield Township; including the Villages of Beverly Hills, Bingham Farms and Franklin; must license each dog annually.
Licenses are available at the Southfield Township Office beginning December 1 for the following calendar year. Residents can apply for a license in person, by mail or via the drop box. Include resident and dog information, proof of rabies vaccination and cash or check payable to Southfield Township. The fee is $5 per dog from December 1 through March 31 and $10 per dog beginning April 1.
State Law requires that all dogs aged four months or older be licensed.
Cat owners who reside in Beverly Hills must obtain a license for each cat. These are annual licenses available at no charge.
